BLINKIT PICKER PACKER.

We have requirement for hiring picker packers for Blinkit in the following cities:

🏙️ Bengaluru

🕌 Hyderabad

🏞️ Faridabad

🏖️ Chennai

🏢 Gurgaon

🏙️ UPNCR - (Noida, Ghaziabad & Meerut)

🎞 Mumbai

🏬Pune

Shift 1 Timings: 6AM - 3PM

Shift 2 Timing : 3PM - 12AM

Shift 3 Timing: 9PM - 6AM

Candidate Screening Criteria :

1. ✅ Passed 12th class pass

2. 🏋️ **Willing to spend 10-15% time in loading/unloading

3. 🔄 Open to rotational shifts

4. 🏠 Living within 6 km of store location

5. 🥕 Basic understanding of grocery products

6. 💰 Aware of monthly salary

7. 📄 Carries physical resume copy

8. 👤 Below 35 years of age

9. 👔 Properly dressed for interview

Red Flags - Candidate Should NOT say in interview :

1. ❌ Only looking for part-time work

2. ❌ Want to do only one particular shift

3. ❌ Coming from far away

4. ❌ Will not do loading/unloading work

5. ❌ Will come to work after 2-3 days

6. ❌ Have a graduate degree

Payout Structure :

• Candidates will be paid on the 10th of every month.

• Candidates will be assigned a payroll vendor once they start working.

• The salary payout to candidates will be done by Payroll Vendor and not Vahan.

• Candidates will be eligible for Roster Attendance Bonus if they work on allocated roster

• Leave encashment will be given only if candidates takes 4 days leave in a month

• PF ESI will be given additionally to the candidate, which will be credited in the candidate PF account.

• Additional Performance based incentives upto Rs. 4000/-. Details will be given at the store.

• Additional location or season specific incentives if applicable will be communicated by the store manager.

• Demand will be shared by Blinkit on Whatsapp in banner form. Sample screenshot attached below.

• Demand will be shared once everyday, please follow the demand for that day strictly. Do not hire outside demand.

• Send Candidate in the morning for interview for better conversion.
